Michael Godard painted this piece after watching an intense hand of poker being played by a group of cowboys. This painting screams Texas! All of the olives have on cowboy boots or cowboy hats on. Notice the cactus blown into the stem of the martini glass. The 2 olives are lifting up the cards showing 2 Aces or “Pocket Rockets” and they know it is time to go “All In”. The olive in the back lassos the chips to go “All In”!
